I am teaching in the studio where we have fit peak platforms, but foot bars always are really loose , this is my night mare one day some one fall off while they are doing some exercises, I have tried to fixed them up but still they aren't firm enough, do you have any suggestion for this problem at all?

Good teacher just too many things that my knees could not tolerate knees and wrists actually definitely for a younger crowd I think I used to try to push through the wrist and knee pain until my daughter needed wrist surgery after doing just that with yoga and Pilates careful everyone how much time you spend up on your wrists and listen to your body

Do you have any videos on the mve reformer? Or, can you add how to adjust the springs from casa reformer workouts to mve reformer?

What do you do when it gets stuck trying to fold it up? Because it wasn’t mentioned in the video to unlock the end mine is currently stuck in a bent position

This is a great leg workout!! I’ll be adding this to my routine. Question, I’m fairly new to the reformer. Mine is an older/cheaper version that was given to me (lucky me!!) by a neighbor who is moving. It doesn’t have colors on the springs. You mentioned yellow several times. How should I adjust mine accordingly? There are four springs that look to be of equal resistance. They all can be taken off, and also moved to one higher level of resistance. Thank you!!

What is the width of the carriage?

It would be really helpful to have a video with full instructions on how to convert to mat for clients that aren't familiar with the equipment.

Thank you so much. I learned some new maneuvers from you! My yellow cord is not currently available as I am waiting for parts. I used my medium (black) cord & it seemed just right. When my yellow cord is available I will try this workout again. Could you please comment on keeping the workout as-is, yet trying different tensions by changing the cords (or do you only recommend this workout using the lightest cord?)?

Pilates is about stretching as well. People neglect that and some of the stretches you cannot duplicate on the floor. I went to the gym for years and was never even taught to stretch or the importance of it. I have since stopped and do yoga and Pilates and feel better than I ever have. Off all arthritis medicine as well.
